Basic Graph: The
Basic Graph is our lowest priced report option, yet is similar in appearance to our Norm
Comparison Graph. Unlike the Norm Comparison Graph, however, The Basic Graph does
not provide the standard (STD) scores on the left-hand column of the page. The
person is compared to our Good Worker standard norm. This report is
recommended only when used in hiring for basic entry level jobs - not for
management, sales, professional positions, etc. |
