Shows character tendencies, expected job performance, behavioral range, role-playing, direction now moving, recommendations, & optional total rating. The person can be compared to one of our 32 standard norms or to a custom norm. This report option is designed mainly for hiring employees. | ||
| 3. Character Inventory: ALL of the features found on the In-Depth Narrative Graph evaluation, PLUS a detailed comparison to 32 generic job norms. This instrument works equally well for hiring and for career guidance. Designed to be read by a counselor, manager, or consultant and verbally discussed with the person evaluated. | ||
| 4. EQ Profile: The EQ (Emotional Quotient) Profile contains all the features of the Character Inventory but is worded so that a person can read their own report without being emotionally upset. This report is recommended only when used in hiring for basic entry level jobs - not for management, sales, professional positions, etc. |
