Doing a job successfully, requires 4 important personal assets. Do you have them?

1) You must be smart enough to do the work. You must be able to be told what to do and then later know what to do.

2) You must be physically able to do the work. If the job involves lifting, you must be able to lift. If the job involves typing, you must have the dexterity to punch the keys on the keyboard.

3) You must receive enough training to know what to do and when to do it.

4) You must possess the emotional/character qualities that match the job. If you are to sell, you must be assertive and talkative. If you are to do precise work, you must have attention to detail.
